 ART CHARGES: Art charges will be assessed according to time, difficulty and amount of materials used at $$40.00(X) per hour. Notification will be sent if charge exceeds $40.00

Note : All art work received will be maxed out to our imprint area unless otherwise specified on your art work.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: You need to supply us a camera ready art.  To avoid delays and art charges please supply CLEAN CAMERA READY artwork. We are PC based.

NOTE : Delivery schedule may depend on the quality of the artwork submitted.

Artwork can be accepted from the following programs.

1. Adobe Illusatrator-CS or Lower(8 or 10)

2. EPS

Vector art is preferred. It provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness and detail.

For Gold crystal award, Gold mother of pearl crystal award, you can supply us full color images. In this case, eps file is preferred. For other products(mother of pearl, clear crystal and jade crystal), let us have arts with three colors. The price printed includes three color of etching.  For addtional color fill, there will be $35(G) of extra charge per color.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: Orders cancelled during production will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation. If your artwork is decorated with the product you ordered, there will be $50 net cost.

CHANGES TO AN ORDER:  Any changes made to an order after received at factory must be confirmed in writing, email. Changes may delay shipments and charges may apply.

COMPLAINTS: Complaint must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment.

COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARK LAWS: All Creative assumes that artwork submitted for reproduction in producing an order, was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Purchasers, by placing these orders, agree not to hold All Creative responsible for any damages, costs and or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork.

IMPRINTING METHODS: MAXIMUM IMPRINT AREA WILL BE USED UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON ORDER. PLEASE ATTACH AN ARTWORK PUT ON THE TEMPLATE DOWNLOADABLE IN OUR WEBSITE.

1. Laser marking with color fill : We will do our best to meet the colors in your artworks. However, EXACT COLOR MATCH CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.-JD series, HS series uses this method of decoration.

    Our price includes up to three colors with one set up charge of $50(G). With additional color, it will be $35(G).

2.Silk Screen : EXACT COLOR MATCH CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. HJ series are done by this method.

    Our price includes up to three colors with one set up charge of $50(G). With additional color, it will be $35(G).

    Pens will have a $35(G) additional location set-up charge with $0.15(G) each.

3. Flat printing : Full color imprint on Gold plate-JG series, HSG series

                             For back ground image, we recommend you 50% transparency. One set up charge of $50(G)

LIABILITY LIMITATION: In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, All Creative will replace the goods, F.O.B. point of shipment or refund the purchase price for the merchandise at All Creative's sole discretion, provided that a written claim is received within 10 days from the shipment date. All Creative's liability shall not in any event exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product.

PRODUCTION TIME: 7 business days.

RUSH ORDER : will be shipped out in two days. Our rush service schedule is three days. You order a product eastern standard time by 2:00 pm on Monday, you will get the product on Thursday by next day air delivery service.  Rush service charge is $30(G) one time. Orders requiring less than normal production time must be clearly designated, and AIR SHIPMENT must be authorized and will be charged.

RETURN OF GOODS: All Creative authorization number must be obtained in writing prior to return of merchandise for any reason, or our receiving department will not accept return shipment. Once blank items are decorated, no returns will be accepted.

SET UP CHARGE: Set up charge will apply to all orders per art/pcs in the amount of $50(G)

PROOF CHARGE: Proof charge will apply to all orders per art/pcs in the amount of $10

PERSONALIZATION (COPY CHANGE) CHARGE : ORDERING MORE THAN ONE PCS, IF YOU CHANGE THE NAME OF A PERSON, THERE WILL BE $15(G) PER PCS WITH THE SAME PRODUCT, IF YOU ORDER A DIFFERENT PRODUCT, THERE WILL BE ADDITIOANL SET UP CHARGE OF $50(G).

Embroidery charge : tapying charge($90 on G), More than 96pcs, we waive set up charge.

for up to 7000 stitches, following is our price for embroidery each pcs. (7Y). More than 7000 stitches will be charged of $0.15(Y) per 1000 stitches on each.

Listed below is the embroidery charge. Based on the quantity, the pricing is for EACH cap. Additional location will be charged an additional price under the same quantity/pricing.

 Raised stitching will be charged an additional $1.00(Y) per location for each.

PMS COLOR MATCHING  CHARGE : will be $50(G)

SHIPMENT: will be shipped according to our shipment policy for safety in transit. UPS, FEDEX or other carrier used for each case. Orders shipped to more than one destination are subject to a charge of $10(G) for each additional destination.

C.O.D. SHIPMENT : Not Available.

Any claims concerning delayed merchandise must be made directly to the carrier. All Creative's responsibility ceases once the merchandise is delivered to the carrier.

FORCE MAJEURE: ALL CREATIVE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO FULFILL A DELIVERY COMMITMENT AS A RESULT OF SITUATIONS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO OCCURRENCES SUCH AS: NATURAL DISASTERS(I.E. HURRICANES, FLOODS), LABOR STRIKES, CONGESTION AT PORTS OF ENTRY, US CUSTOMS/HOMELAND SECURITY HOLDS AND DELAYS, OR FAILURE OF SUBCONTRACTORS TO PERFORM. ALL CREATIVE WILL PROVIDE WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION IN SUPPORT OF ANY FORCE MAJEURE OR COMMERCIAL IMPRACTICABILITY CONDITION UPON REQUEST.
